Why it matters in collision repair

Large language models can help collision businesses work with estimates, notes, customer messages, reports, and technical documents, but they do not automatically know whether a response is accurate or current.

Collision-industry example

A claims professional uses a large language model to summarize a lengthy claim file, then compares the summary with the source documents.
