CCC Estimate-STP is designed to support straight-through processing of qualifying auto insurance claims. It uses artificial intelligence, insurer-specific rules, and information from CCC’s network to initiate and populate a detailed, line-level repair estimate.
Insurers configure the conditions under which the system can produce an estimate automatically. Claims that do not meet those conditions can be directed into a traditional review or appraisal process.
